Big Fish Services to Edwin Thompson On the second anniversary of our association with Big Fish I thought it appropriate to thank you and your team for your continuing assistance in IT related matters throughout the Edwin Thompson group. As you will recall, we came to you with an ageing and uninspiring website two years ago, and commissioned a re-design of the site with an expandable database and full search facilities. We were delighted with the expertise that was made available to us, the speed with which a new and fully comprehensive site was constructed for us and the help you gave to the inputting staff at our offices, which enabled them to be fully in control of the site’s property pages from re-launch day. We regularly receive compliments on the design and content of the site. Since then, while one of the complaints one regularly hears of ISPs and website managers is of remote facelessness, we have been impressed by the closeness of our continuing business relationship - by the help we receive over the telephone and on site when necessary - and by the interest you and your team take in ensuring that we are made aware of innovative practice which keeps our site fresh, responsive and user-friendly. As you know, we have recently experienced serious difficulties in commissioning a new networking server installed in our Berwick office by a third party. We looked to Big Fish for assistance and have been impressed by the technical response we have received; so much so, that we are transferring all our internet and e-mail management business to Big Fish, in the confident expectation that we will continue to benefit from the customer care and support that is so vital in today’s e-commercial world.
