The searchable database and secure booking system has taken our site to the next level. Bookings this season are up 35% compared with this time last year whilst other Lake District Cottage agents have not seen such an increase to the best of our knowledge. We have implemented staff training and it has been easy to get everyone up to speed in using the system. The logical approach and user friendly interface that you have created is simple and robust yet meets all of our requirements. As usual your customer care and after sales support is second to none. It is a welcome change when we call to speak to a human being many of our other suppliers leave us in a telephone queues or an answer phone.
