Our website was designed by bfinternet three years ago and has been hosted by them since then. They took great care to listen to our ideas for the website and we met with the designer several times for discussion. They were very helpful in these initial stages, putting our ideas into practise and adding other useful ideas for us to consider. During the time the website was created they kept in close contact, making modifications as the site evolved. Deadlines for setting up the website were met and costs kept within the original budget. bfinternet now host and maintain the website and have provided excellent service. Once the website was ‘up and running’ they kept in close touch and have always carried out any requests within 24 hours. We have always felt that they go the ‘extra mile’ when it comes to customer service and we feel that we know them as a team, on a personal level.
