Business Development & Internal Sales Consultant (Position filled)
The Company
Big Fish Internet are a leading web development and digital marketing Company established in 1996. We operate from our purpose built offices on the beautiful fringes of the English Lake District at the edge of the Kent Estuary between Lancaster and Kendal.
The Company has a long established reputation for offering high quality creative web sites, bespoke programmed web systems, consultancy and digital marketing services for an extensive range of clients.
Due to continued growth we are now in a position to add to our sales team and have an opening for an internal sales consultant to service our current customer base and and to bolster new sales opportunities.
The Successful Candidate
We are looking for a customer focused individual with drive, commitment, initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be an experienced, self motivated sales professional and preferably have experience in the IT industry. You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record in developing new business and maintaining existing client accounts.
The Reward
We offer an attractive basic salary (dependant on skills and experience) with commission potential alongside our usual benefits package. This includes up to 28 days annual holiday (including all Bank Holidays and a Christmas/New Year closure period) and a fantastic working environment offering stability and forecasted growth.

Online Customer Service Administrator (Position filled)
Due to continued growth we now require a full time customer service and online administration assistant to join our friendly team.

The Successful Candidate
You will be able to demonstrate aptitude to build and maintain positive relationships with an extensive number of contacts and managing communication with these on a day to day basis.
You will need to demonstrate a good level of IT knowledge and be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. You will need to be enthusiastic & self-motivated. The right candidate will have an opportunity to learn basic graphic and web design skills.
Duties will include:
- Updating web site pages through an admin system (no technical knowledge required)
- Discussing updates to the web pages in order to promote products and services
- Constructing news articles from supplied and sourced content
